The toilet does not work!

Once again, something was missing from the order (drive in). After all, they seem to have got the rat problem under control by now, hence 2 stars!

The food was cold, french fries were not through. Of course, the order is not complete again

Drive is always possible, unfortunately the employees have been forgetting some food recently, so I just have to check immediately and reporting missing products is annoying.

Every time you have to check whether everything is complete 😡🤬

At the drive in it went quite quickly

The staff always say that the ice machine is not working / is being cleaned. If they want to be kidding 😂

Once again I forgot something like usually when it was full

It's just n macces

Since I only get coffee there I can't really say much except the coffee is drinkable.

Employees totally confused! First deduct the wrong calculation, then the car behind you etc etc ...

Mc donalds its quality does not matter where in Germany it depends on the staff !!!

I used to like it better there.

MA talks openly about corona cases in the company and sits in his ticket booth without a mask and explains that there is no choice for the kids, they would also no longer have any goods. The request to cancel the order was not fulfilled, it was just made fun of

What can you say is open until 4 a.m. last night it drove my hunger away. The staff is very friendly even at such unchristian times

Drive In, I've already seen a lot of unmotivated, bad-tempered staff, but what I saw today was the icing on the cake. We waited exactly 9 minutes, even though there was only 1 car in front of us. We heard that there was probably a dispute going on. When it was our turn after 9 minutes, the employee was so annoyed and we felt all her displeasure. In the end there was a verbal argument that I wanted to end by saying that I finally wanted to pay and want mine. This employee could not or did not want to end the dispute and still went one better. Finally another employee came and made it very clear to her that now was enough. When we unpacked our order at home, it wasn't what we had ordered. Never again, I'd rather drive a few more kilometers than face something like that again. I can't recommend this shop, definitely not.

What can you say! You stand in the drive for 15 minutes and still eat the stuff again and again! 🤣🤣😂

What is freshly prepared here? Nothing at all. We ordered two MC Ribs. Got it in a minute, totally cold and the bread soaked. Totally displaced part. The complaint also goes to the main office. This is very disappointing for the price.

The tables from the restaurant were cleaned perfectly and the chairs were very comfortable. The waiters are always extremely amiable and extremely friendly. We really enjoy that every time we visit, and we didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks. That was great, as we had a great deal of hunger that evening; I haven't been that impressed with an inn for a long time.

Best MC I've ever experienced. Food barely ordered, already ready, although special requests. Clean, friendly, fresh salad. If I could I would give more stars.

Just your average mcdonalds.

Just off the highway, modern and clean interior, on site parking and restaurant entrance are not ideally located as you have to cross the Mc Drive exit to get to the entrance. Food quality is good and they bring the food to your table. Service however is very slow even for McDonalds Germany standards. (In my perception German McDonalds are "Grundlich" but slower than in other Northern European countries) Rest rooms are clean and the WIFI is free.
